We have 43 seasonal sites.  Our lot sizes are double, if not triple, normal RV sites (about 80' x 60', but there is more space than that); you will not have to worry about your slide-out hitting your neighbor's slide.

 

The only restrictions on the RVs are NO MOBILE HOMES; 5th wheel, bumper pull, and park models are welcome. However, we ask that it is in good working order and that the camper's appearance is kept to a high standard. The yearly fee for the site is $ 4,200 (2024 season). There is an additional fee for a harbor spot (if available); otherwise, you will need to purchase a boat lift to be placed on our docking system outside the harbor. Our sites offer 20-amp, 30-amp, and 50-amp service, as well as sewer and water connections. Your site fee includes water and sewer, but electricity is charged per kilowatt-hour, and a meter reading fee is also applicable. No decking is included with the RV site; only a pad for the RV is provided.

 

You have all the rights to the resort as any guest, including access to the pool, free Wi-Fi, shower, bathhouse, laundry facilities, beach, water toys, and any other amenities the resort offers. The resort maintains the grass and trees; however, you are responsible for trimming the grass around the RV and other objects on your site.
