Reservations must be confirmed
by a deposit within seven days.
A two night deposit per cabin
or site is required.
Guest responsible for full length
of stay.
Large Groups: A 50% deposit will
be required for any rental of three cabins/sites or more.
Cancellation Policies
Cabins:
Deposits are returned for cancellations at least 45
days prior to reservations, minus a $40 service charge.
If notified after 45 days prior to a reservation,
a full deposit, minus a $40 service charge, will be
issued only if the cabin is rented for the same timeframe.
RV Sites:
45 days before a reservation begins the deposit will
be returned, minus $15.00 service charge. If notified
within 45 day period, a full deposit minus $15.00
service charge will be returned if site can be rented
out for same time frame.
General Resort Policies
Check in time 3:00 PM. Check
out time 10.00 AM.
Visa, Master Card, checks and
cash are accepted. 3% service charge will be added
to all credit card purchases.
Open full service May 1st through
October 1st.
We are open year round on a limited
basis. Please inquire about our limited off season
services. (Fish house rental available.)
Pets OK in specified cabins.
Owner must clean up after your pet.
