Acorn Hill Cabin and Lake House Rentals.

All our cabins will have AC next year, 2012! Most of our 2 bedroom cabins will have bathrooms remodeled for 2012 season, and all will be remodeled by 2013 season.

Acorn Hill offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom cabins with knotty pine interiors, carpeting, and hardwood floors. Our 1 bedroom cabin includes whirlpool tub/shower, 2 bedroom cabins include showers only. 3 bedroom cabins include shower in one bathroom, and tub/shower in the 2nd bathroom. Our 3 bedroom house includes handicap shower in one bathroom, seperate tub, and a shower in 2nd bathroom.

All of our cabins include complete kitchens with microwaves, satellite TVs with VCRs, picnic table, and an outdoor grill. Many of our modern cabins are lake-front and overlook
Trader's Bay. All cabins have view of the lake.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 10:00 am. Housekeeping and linens are provided (excluding towels).

We offer laundry facilities, dock service, gas, bait and fish cleaning facilities, and our new
24 X 40 pavilion is a great place for your family reunion, fishing parties or cookouts. Relax on our tranquil sandy beach or join the fun on the water slide, water trampoline, indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. Take the new out in 24 x 40 pavilion. It is several years old now. Our resort is full service May 1st through October 1st. We also offer a 15% discount on cabins from before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.

	Cabin Rental Reservation Policies
	Deposits must be received within seven days of making reservation. A two night deposit per cabin is required. Guests are responsible for the full length of stay. 1 Week minimum stay from June 16th to August 18th Large Groups: A 50% deposit will be required for any rental of three cabins or more. *All prices subject to change without notice.
	Cabin Rental Cancellation Policies
	Cabins: 45 days before reservation begins deposit will be refunded, minus $50 service charge. If notified within 45 day period, a full deposit will be refunded if cabin can be rented out for same time frame.
	General Resort Policies
	Check in time 3:00 PM. Check out time 10.00 AM. Visa, Master Card, checks and cash are accepted. Open full service May 1st through October 1st. Pets OK in specified cabins. Owner must clean up after pet. Additional guests over the age of 6: Daily - $25 / Weekly - $125. Pets extra for cabins only: Daily $25 / Weekly $125.
